Russell writes about the genesis of this book: "I met the poet Eliza Griswold in 2009 while we were both fellows at the American Academy in Rome. Early on in our time there, we visited the tomb of the baker Eurysacis... While I ogled the tomb’s late Republican inscription, Eliza took out her notebook and wrote a poem about Eurysacis. Shortly afterward I designed a typeface based on the inscription."
No. 43 of 110 signed copies on Twinrocker handmade paper. The text was handset in Adrian Frutiger's Méridien type with Russell Maret's Baker type on the title page.
